We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various marketing projects via email and text, focusing on sales campaigns, email journeys, and transactional communications. This person will report directly to our VP of Client and Product Strategy.

• Manage sales campaigns using Volley and transactional emails.
• Oversee email journeys and transactional emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Manage and update email journeys and transactional emails.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to create engaging email and text content for client journey milestones.
• Work closely with analytics to assess the efficacy of email journeys and transactional emails against business goals.
• Provide regular updates to business stakeholders on project progress, using a cadence of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
• Implement personalization strategies using various content formats, including videos, gifs, embedded images, deep links, and targeted messaging.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with UX, SEO, Technology and Analytics teams

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing project management.
• Understanding of email marketing platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
• Familiarity with personalization strategies and A/B testing.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
