Strategic is looking for Financial Consultants to join our family of highly motivated, fun-loving, challenge-seeking individuals who care for one another and for our clients. As a Financial Consultant, you will listen and engage with our clients with an empathetic ear and consult them in their quest for financial freedom. So, if you're an optimistic opportunist looking to jumpstart or develop your career as a financial consultant in a fun, rapidly growing environment where you have an opportunity to make a ton of money, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and work warm leads from interested clients with expected higher lead access on the weekend (no cold calling)
  • Conduct proactive outreach calls to interested clients
  • Manage CRM pipeline and schedule to maximize consulting opportunities
  • Meet daily metrics and monthly targets
  • Empathize with clients to make sure you understand their financial situation and help identify the option that is appropriately suited for them  
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by gathering customer contact information and scheduling appointments for individuals who exhibit purchase intent or potential
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 10am-7pm
    • 3 days a week in office requirement. Your choice of the 3 days in office between Mon - Thurs
    • Friday is work from home

Qualifications

  • A hunger for success, positive attitude and desire to learn and grow
  • Strong listening skills with a focused empathetic and consultative ear
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment
  • Experience using excel and Salesforce as a CRM is a plus
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Willing to work evenings 
  • Bachelor or Associate Degree
