    We are looking for a Director of Sales to effectively lead a management team of a growing Sales Floor resulting in the achievement of high sales targets. This person will be responsible to coach and develop a sales management team resulting in talent growth and opportunity for advancement. They will lead, manage, and hold a team of sales managers accountable to key performance indicators while ensuring the proper compliance with internal/external standards and regulations.


    A successful Director of Sales will build a culture of high production and job satisfaction which leads to minimal employee turnover. This individual will focus on developing a best in class onboarding and development experience for sales managers and consultants resulting in a smooth new hire experience in our growing organization. This leader will oversee a business unit with an employee headcount of up to 100 associates while maximizing A Players within our Buffalo location.

    • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in finance or business (MBA is a plus)
    • 7-10 years of sales management or equivalent experience
    • Experience in quarterly business planning
    • Ability to apply a data-driven approach to sales management
    • Experience recruiting, mentoring, and developing sales managers and sales consultants
    • Experience with a high-volume CRM is a plus
