    As a direct report to the CIO, the Business Relationship Manager (BRM), Marketing, will be the strategic interface between the Marketing line of business and IT.  The BRM will act as a trusted advisor and function as the single point of contact for Marketing into IT.   The BRM will also act as an advocate on behalf of their business stakeholders to ensure IT services are addressing their business priorities and needs. 

    Responsibilities

    • Executive relationship development and curation with Marketing and IT leadership
    • Collaborate with the business, service and product providers and IT to identify opportunities and build a strategy to provide technology recommendations that meet or exceed marketing objectives.
    • Partner with Marketing leaders to facilitate IT project requirements, prioritization, solution selection, scheduling, execution oversight, and communication.
    • SOP disruption: Proactively provide recommendations to improve campaign and digital delivery activities and processes utilizing marketing technology.
    • Build, maintain, and track marketing platform roadmaps to forecast future changes to IT systems and capabilities.
    • Drive implementation of customer centric technologies to enable retention and engagement marketing.
    • Implement requests for Marketing system configuration and administration changes.
    • IT service reporting providing ad-hoc, weekly and monthly performance reporting to Marketing business stakeholders.

    Qualifications

     

    Must-Have

    • Highly self-motivated and directed with a sharp attention to detail.
    • Previous technology experience in Digital Marketing.
    • Consultative approach to engaging and delivering value to our Line of Business partners in Marketing.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills including teaming, oral, and written communications.
    • Strong business acumen specifically within customer experience relating to sales, marketing, and contact center domains.

    Preferred

    • 8-10 years experience with progressive responsibilities.
    • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. PCI DSS).
    • Working knowledge of digital platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Mail Chimp, Google Analytics
