    Responsibilities

     

    • Ensure timely and accurate review, audit and processing of payments
    • Manage the day-to-day activity of the team; driving key performance indicators while ensuring an exceptional client experience
    • Assists in the monitoring and improvement of the team’s performance metrics by reviewing and analyzing reports (e.g., data related to speed, quality,accuracy)
    • Gathers and implements recommendations for process improvements
    • Facilitates the completion of quality audits to ensure consistency and accuracy
    • Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures
    • Responsible for hiring, coaching, performance evaluation through coaching and development and disciplinary action
    • Drive company initiatives collaborating with peers and cross-functional teams

    Qualifications

    ·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    ·         Strong proficiency in Excel

    ·         Forward thinker with a proactive mindset and attention to detail

    ·         Highly organized and detail-oriented

    ·         High level of professionalism

    ·         Ability to work well under pressure and have a sense of urgency to resolve and investigate issues

    ·         Ability to multi-task, operate efficiently, with a willingness, and desire, to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment

    ·         Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal partners

     

    Accountabilities Include:

    ·         Settlement processing sharing and analysis with Negotiations Management

    ·         Ensure timeliness and accuracy of all payments

    ·         Identify process improvement opportunities
