    Strategic is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to assist our In-House Recruiting team in all aspects. We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive team player with administrative experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to recruitment team in the form of scheduling interviews and keeping calendars updated
    • Source resumes and conduct initial phone screens
    • Establish and post job adverts on job search websites
    • Build and maintain relationships with Career Services departments 
    • Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates about prospective roles
    • Keep accurate and detailed records of candidate interviews and hire status
    • Report on status’ of candidates, candidate flow, and workflows through a candidates recruitment process
    • Distribute pre-employment screening examinations
    • Assuring the On-Boarding process for new hires – which consists of sending interdepartmental emails, sending offer letters, creating welcome packets, and greeting candidates on their first day – runs smoothly
    • Partnering with multiple departments to complete administrative tasks that bridge that department and Recruiting
    • Help plan and execute in-office and out-of-office Hiring/Recruiting Events 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Organized, responsible and punctual
    • Strong multi-tasker
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Basic knowledge of recruitment and aspects of the hiring process
    • Intermediate skills in Outlook (mail system and calendar management), Microsoft Word, Google Docs
    • Knowledge of iCIMS a plus
