We are currently looking for highly motivated, intelligent, passionate, thoughtful, and hardworking Sales Operations Specialist. The core of this role requires carrying out the tasks necessary to support our sales floor while working hand in hand with the Head of Sales Operations to identify new and exciting ways to drive productivity.


    • Standardize processes, policies, procedures and guidelines for sales operations. Identify gaps in current process and drive to streamline.
    • Enhance overall sales floor performance in a fast-paced environment by providing direction and motivation to individuals on key operational metrics. Support sales leadership with regular (daily, weekly, monthly) reporting of leading and lagging sales cycle indicators to ensure targets are met.
    • Oversee the workflow from lead generation to acceptance ensuring financial consultants have a seamless enrollments process for their clients.
    • Assess current sales process and identify opportunities to help sales reps spend more time on high payoff activities.
    • Drive productivity and efficiency by monitoring sales procedures and industry trends to ensure the company is utilizing optimal processes and technology.
    • Continuously review and update training manuals, SOPs, and programs for sales department.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.


    • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in finance or business
    • 3+ years of operations related experience
    • A positive can-do attitude with the ability to handle high stakes situations
    • Experience using multiple software systems to search and generate reporting
    • Expertise in utilizing key metrics to evaluate and recommend best practices
    • Demonstrated organizational and project management skillsAbility to constantly prioritize activities ensuring that all tasks are followed through to completion
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven proactive behavior - taking the initiative and acting in advance rather than simply reacting to circumstances and events
    • Ability to collaborate with others in all levels of the organization while anticipating needs and properly acting on them
    • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel is a plus
