    Strategic Financial Solutions Buffalo is looking for a very organized Learning Support Coordinator to join our Strategic University team.  This role requires high levels of enthusiasm, creativity and patience, as you will be responsible for supporting all Buffalo-based learning activities, including instructor-led events, webinars, and online learning by ensuring that participation is effectively registered and reported on in our learning management system.  Our Learning Support Coordinator is the receptionist for Strategic University, ensuring that guests and participants are welcomed and escorted in the building to various training events.  Our Coordinator has the lead role in ensuring that training facilities are clean, well-equipped, and ready for learning events.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinates scheduling and logistics for onsite and web-based trainings
    • Enroll participants in scheduled offerings as needed
    • Produce class rosters for University staff and enter roster completions into learning management system
    • Serve as the main point of contact regarding questions on upcoming University events
    • Uses administrative and organizational skills to support learning at Strategic University
    • Assists with issuing employee IDs, produces class materials, orders training supplies, orders/sets up catering, and partners with our IT team on any technology needs (i.e. laptops, headsets, projectors, etc.)
    • Coordinates travel arrangements for University staff and participants from various locations to Buffalo
    • Assists with creation of various online surveys and assessments (using SurveyMonkey or Cornerstone on Demand). Creates reports on data to inform leaders of key learning opportunities and metrics
    • Other projects and administrative duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Must have at least a HS diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Minimum two (2) years’ experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, customer service representative or similar position
    • Can handle multiple tasks, processes and programs in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
