    As a direct report to the VP Infrastructure and Facilities you will provide leadership, coordination, and hands-on expertise for managing the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of the Strategic sites.   Current sites include Midtown Manhattan East, Midtown Manhattan West, and Buffalo, New York.   Additional site development anticipated in 2019.


    Supervises: Facilities Engineers, Site Construction, and Site Management personnel.  Includes employed staff, contractors, and outsourced resources.



    • Establish the short and long-term goals for the Facilities department.
    • Develop and implement the policies and procedures of the Facilities department.
    • Manage the productivity and performance of the Facilities department.
    • Develop and control the annual operating and capital budgets for the Facilities department.
    • Exercise management authority in performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, and other employee decisions.
    • Exercise management authority in the oversight of key partners and vendors.
    • Achieve results both within the Facilities department as well as influencing and collaborating with team members in other areas of the organization.
    • Provide both hands-on and professional mentoring to the members of the Facilities organization.
    • Executive stakeholder communication. 


    • Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, facilities management, facilities enhancement, and facility expansion.
    • Plans and manages budget for ongoing operations and modifications to office facilities.
    • Accountable for design, planning, contracting, and execution of new construction for expansion or new office facilities.
    • Initiates planned/preventative maintenance for office equipment including but not limited to security, health and safety, and HVAC systems
    • Develop and ensure adherence to the physical security policy.
    • Ensures Facilities function maintains compliance to various internal / external audits
    • Oversees the receiving function.
    • Oversees the reception function.
    • Oversees the clean and maintenance of the facilities
    • Develops and administers the annual Facilities budget.
    • High level of customer service orientation to ensure seamless delivery of Facilities services to the company.


    • 10+ years of relevant experience managing multi-site domestic US based office locations.
    • Demonstrated experience in new build development including site evaluation, contracting, construction oversight, and move-in logistics.
    • Experience achieving and maintaining compliance in regulated environments (e.g. PCI).
    • Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills.
    • Deep understanding of current Facilities development and management best practices.
    • Strong vendor management and partner relation skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts and challenges to business leaders.
    • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics & technical manuals associated with operational systems of a large & complex facility
    • Knowledge of plant facility operation, preventive maintenance, fiscal & personnel management & purchasing of supplies and materials
    • Working knowledge of building codes & laws, especially safety codes
    • Strong Project Management Skills
