    Strategic is seeking Quality Assurance Specialists to monitor the calls and processes of our service and sales divisions.   We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive team player with extensive experience in compliance and call quality within the financial industry.

    • Monitor phone and email communications
    • Ability to handle high volume work load
    • Possess strong ability to identify areas for improvement
    • Audit work activities to SLAs
    • Assure compliance with legal requirements
