    This position is a new role in a rapidly expanding marketing department.  The role is highly visible to all business units throughout the organization and especially senior management.  The Brand Manager works closely with the SVP of Marketing to help people fall in love with Strategic Financial Solutions.  The position also works closely with HR to ensure our brand reputation helps attract top talent into the organization and is leveraging the right channels to do so.  The Brand Manager must be an aggressive learner who can continually expand his/her knowledge of the intricacies of business and what drives response across social channels, PR, owned and operated sites, and search. This leader needs to be both highly strategic and a strong operator.  The Brand Manager will introduce new and/or improved strategies to ensure the Strategic brand resonates with its target audience.

    • Create a brand image that attracts people to Strategic Financial Solutions
    • Help drive response across all points of the recruiting funnel
    • Create and execute external and internal social strategy
    • Partner with creative team to develop brand assets for recruiting
    • Create and execute SEO strategy to ensure the highest brand rankings across search and social
    • Develop PR strategy for the Strategic brand
    • Site user experience to ensure optimized candidate response
    • Media plan development and execution for recruitment and branding
    • Continuous competitive benchmarking
    • Work closely with HR to understanding hiring needs and create a plan to achieve them
    • Partner with Analytics to ensure that reporting allows for actionable business decisions


    • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years branding and direct marketing experience that includes developing and executing branding and acquisition strategies.
    • Strong management skills including the ability to effectively consult, negotiate, resolve conflict and influence change
    • Detailed knowledge of SEO and leveraging that to increase organic ranking
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions from it
    • Demonstrate experience in building high performance teams, effective partnerships, and collaborative stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Extensive knowledge of social media and emerging social platforms
    • Ability to set and balance short- and long-term priorities and remain focused within a rigorous, fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Effective project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Have a passion for personal learning and development to be able to grow with the company and the position
    • Understanding of PR platforms and ability to leverage them to drive awareness
    • Experience working with video producers to create branding videos that drive engagement
    • User experience background that informs site changes and drives top of the funnel volume for recruitment
