    • Develop relationships with clients, creditors, collection agencies and attorney offices in order to negotiate on our clients' behalf  
    • Calculate acceptable percentages for settlements according to guidelines set forth by the department
    • Review client banking accounts to determine funds necessary to complete settlement and payment of company fees
    • Responsible for negotiating credit card debt on behalf of consumers
    • Demonstrate effective telephone and negotiation techniques
    • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of integrity
    • Responsible for hitting/exceeding team objectives and goals
    • Track productivity and update manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
    • Work with customers in escalated and complex situations
    • Develop efficient work methods to accomplish challenging work goals
    • Consistently exercise a high degree of initiative and independence


    • Bachelors/Associates Degree preferred 
    • Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Commitment to excellent customer service
    • Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
    • Demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance history


    $16.50hr plus Monthly Bonus Potential
