Our CEO, Ryan Sasson, is looking for a Rockstar Executive Assistant to directly support him personally and professionally. You will act as a gatekeeper, and manage his busy calendar, greet guests, coordinate meetings, and facilitate company-wide initiatives.  We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and willing and able to work autonomously.


  • Work closely with the executives of a rapidly growing company
  • Be the face and voice representing our company’s top executives when coordinating with partners, vendors, and employees
  • Coordinate busy and fluid schedules, as well as travel for our Executive Team
  • Organize a variety of company events such as meetings, lunches/dinners and cultural events
  • Process monthly expense reports
  • Proactively monitor and troubleshoot any scheduling conflicts
  • Personal support to our company’s founders to keep them focused on business


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years’ experience assisting C-level executives
  • Full knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience balancing ever-changing calendars and competing priorities
  • Sound professional judgement, attention to detail, prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Mastered managing a busy inbox without letting details slip through the cracks
  • Comfort stepping outside your regular duties as needed.
  • A proven ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • A strong sense of urgency

Hours: 3 days a week will be 9:30am-6:30pm and 2 days a week will be 10am-7pm
