    Strategic Financial Solutions is now hiring Financial Consultants for our Buffalo office!


    We are looking for financial consultants to join our family of highly motivated, fun-loving, challenge-seeking individuals who care for one another and for our clients. As a financial consultant, you will listen and engage with our clients with an empathetic ear and consult them in their quest for financial freedom.

    • Receive and work warm leads from interested clients (no cold calling)
    • Manage CRM pipeline and schedule to maximize consulting opportunities
    • Meet daily metrics and monthly targets
    • Empathize with clients to make sure you understand their situation and the program that is appropriately suited for them  
    • Help Strategic maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling appointments for individuals who exhibit purchase intent or potential.
    • At least 4 hours of phone time with clients a day
    • Able to work from 11am to 8pm Monday and Tuesday, 10am to 7pm Wednesday and Thursday, and Friday from 9am to 6pm


    • A hunger for success, positive attitude and desire to learn and grow
    • Strong listening skills with a focused empathetic and consultative ear
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment
    • Experience using excel and a CRM a plus
    • Sales or collections or customer service experience is a plus
    • Willing to work evenings and some Saturdays
    • Bachelor or Associate Degree
