Strategic Financial Solutions is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to add to our IT team.
The Technical Support team provides support to internal employees across multiple systems and offices. This role will analyze, diagnose and resolve end user incidents, which may range from simple troubleshooting to more complicated technical issues. This person will provide accurate incident resolution and Service Request management, within SLA and create a positive customer support experience and builds strong relationships through communication, problem understanding, and timely resolutions. This role will also assist in the deployment and support of IT Operations and Infrastructure initiatives.
Hours : 10am-7pm M-F
Compensation: ~40,000-$45,000 annually
