We are looking for a self-motivated Senior Analyst who can create the analytic foundation through reporting dashboards and action-oriented insights that improve our marketing efforts.  The Senior Analyst will not spend entire days looking at spreadsheets.  Instead, the ideal candidate can interact with all levels of the organization to bring recommendations that are based on the numbers.  The Senior Analyst should not just be an Excel wizard, but also have experience with SQL, digital marketing, offline marketing, multi-channel attribution, and Google Analytics. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze effectiveness of client and talent acquisition from a variety of channels and tie marketing channel attribution to acquisition cost analysis
  • Build dashboards that clearly communicate progress against all KPIs including client acquisition, talent acquisition, and social media
  • Produce regularly scheduled reports around campaign performance and marketing analyses
  • Maintain web analytics and reporting tools
  • Partner with broader analytics team to help build a proprietary marketing data models
  • Create ad hoc reporting, as necessary, to solve immediate marketing challenges

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years analytics experience in digital marketing analytics, business analytics, statistics, or related field.
  • Business, Economics, Mathematics, Psychology, Consumer Behavior degrees preferred. Background in statistical analysis required.
  • Analytical, enjoy working with numbers and talent for making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with digital marketing analytics tools and tag management solutions (E.g., Omniture, Google Analytics, etc).
  • Proficiency in SQL & other analytics tools
  • Continuous curiosity and a knack for solving problems.
  • Obsession for details and organization.
  • Confident to dialogue and able to debate data discovery insights.
  • Ability to make the complex simple, and explain data through stories.
