As a direct report to the CIO, the Shared Services Business Relationship Manager (BRM) will be the strategic interface between the Marketing, Finance, and HR lines of business and IT.    The BRM will act as a trusted advisor and function as the single point of contact for the lines of business into IT.   The BRM will also act as an advocate on behalf of their business stakeholders to ensure IT services are meeting their business priorities and needs. 

Responsibilities

  • Line of business executive relationship development and curation.
  • Building, maintaining, and tracking product roadmaps to forecast future changes to IT systems and capabilities.
  • Partner with line of business leaders to facilitate IT project initiation, requirements shaping, prioritization, solution selection, scheduling, execution oversight, and communication.
  • SOP disruption. Evaluating opportunities to leverage technology to streamline business operations.
  • Supplier management for technology partners delivering services to the Marketing, HR, and Finance lines of business.
  • For select applications, implementing requests for system configuration and administration changes.
  • IT service reporting providing ad-hoc, weekly and monthly performance reporting to line of business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Highly self-motivated and directed with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including teaming, oral, and written communications.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Previous Business Relationship Management experience in the areas of Marketing, Finance and/or HR.

Preferred

  • 8-10 years experience with progressive responsibilities.
  • Financial services experience in mortgages or lending.
  • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. PCI DSS).
  • Experience with Cornerstone Ondemand, ADP Workforcenow, Softvu, Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
