Additionally, a successful Associate Sales Operations Manager works hand in hand with the Head of Sales Operations, building the infrastructure and process improvements necessary to maximize the efficiency on the sales floor. Our ideal candidate is a game changer who can contribute new and exciting ways to increase the productivity and effectiveness of their sales team. By utilizing technology to optimize procedures and tracking key performance indicators s/he ensures monthly targets are met or exceeded.


  • Standardize processes, policies, procedures and guidelines for sales operations. Identify gaps in current process and drive to close the issues.
  • Oversee the administration of all sales data in sales software, to ensure that all data is complete and accurate for client enrollment.
  • Support sales leadership with regular (daily, weekly, monthly) sales reporting and consistently review and interpret to create best monitoring practices.
  • Drive productivity and efficiency by monitoring sales processes and industry trends to ensure the Company is utilizing optimal processes and technology.
  • Continuously review and update training manuals, SOPs, and programs for sales department.
  • Constantly improve and optimize the sales process to create a scalable and efficient process that will support rapid growth.
  • Review and update/rebuild Key Performance Indicators and key metrics that will support continuous improvement and growth for employees, managers, and the company


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required
  • 3+ Years Operational Management Experience
  • Experience using multiple software systems to search and create data
  • Experience in leading call center environments
  • Expertise in utilizing key metrics to evaluate and recommend best practices
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
    • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize activities, multi-task and follow tasks to completion
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven proactive behavior - taking the initiative and acting in advance rather than simply reacting to circumstances and events
    • Ability to manage up - anticipate the needs of your organization and your supervisor/manager, and act on them
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word

Compensation: Up to 65K + bonus, commensurate with experience
