Additionally, a successful Associate Sales Operations Manager works hand in hand with the Head of Sales Operations, building the infrastructure and process improvements necessary to maximize the efficiency on the sales floor. Our ideal candidate is a game changer who can contribute new and exciting ways to increase the productivity and effectiveness of their sales team. By utilizing technology to optimize procedures and tracking key performance indicators s/he ensures monthly targets are met or exceeded.
