    Job Summary:

    The main purpose of the Data Entry is to ensure client satisfaction both internally and externally, assist with ongoing Back-Office departmental support – including; reporting, database entry, procedural updates as well as other duties as defined by the Senior Director of Operations and Directors/Managers within the Back-Office team.

     

    The Data Entry Position will be responsible for sending needed documents to clients and creditors either via physical mail, fax, or email. The Data Entry Position is also responsible for migrating the client’s debts into our CRM once fully enrolled.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    Job Duties, include but are not limited to:

    • Mail or Email Welcome Packets to newly enrolled clients
    • Migrate a new client’s list of enrolled debts into our CRM
    • Mail or Email a client’s files and information that they request for which is in their program and account
    • Updating account information as needed before migration or mailing tasks.
    • Sending letters to creditors via fax or physical mail, notifying of our representation, and 1099c forms.
    • Sending letters to creditors via fax or physical mail, notifying of our cancellation of representation for clients that have either completed or canceled the program
    • Sending letters to clients via physical mail notifying them of certain milestones in their program, such as, getting their very first settlement.
    • Updating new departmental Operating Procedures
    • Document processing/uploading client information into our CRM

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 
    • Ability to work day time hours 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
    • Background in administrative functions
    • Detail oriented and attention to details
    • Highly organized and embraces challenges
    • Ability to change direction quickly and re-prioritize
    • Self-motivated and can work individually and as a team
    • Ability to work under pressure and have a sense of urgency to accomplish various tasks at hand on or before deadline
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and basic knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools
