The main purpose of the Operations Administrative Specialist is to ensure client satisfaction both internally and externally, assist with ongoing Back-Office departmental support – including; reporting, database entry, procedural updates as well as other duties as defined by the Senior Director of Operations and Directors/Managers within the Back-Office team.
The Operations Administrative Specialist will be responsible for sending needed documents to clients and creditors either via physical mail, fax, or email. The Operations Administrative Specialist is also responsible for migrating the client’s debts into our CRM once fully enrolled.
