The CSR is a critical role within our organization, which will differentiate us from our competitors through our focus on the customer experience. You will be providing support for our clients, as we assist them in overcoming their financial obstacles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to clients via incoming phone calls regarding their account information. This includes answering questions, education on the product, and resolving any account issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client and account information within account management systems.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within work processes and the products themselves in order to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • College degree (Associates/Bachelors)
  • 1-3 years customer service experience preferred (Retail, Food Industry, Collections)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Pleasant, friendly attitude, with an ability to adapt to change
  • Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and decision making skills
