Responsibilities

  • Work with Learning Management System (Cornerstone) to develop, administer, and continually enhance course content and system use
  • Assist in development and delivery of impactful classroom training sessions in the area of soft skills development, organizational best practices, and customer service (some experience)
  • Assist in new hire onboarding and training for Service Departments
  • Serve as training support for departmental trainers (Guidance/ last min coverage)
  • Schedule and coordinate training schedules and resources
  • Strong technical writing skills - Guides/SOPs/Process
  • Provide administrative support for Learning and Development and Human Resources activities/events.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in soft skills training development and presentation
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree

 Must haves:

  • Have proven work experience coordination training events and plans in a corporate setting
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Excel in a work environment with little direction and think outside box
  • Have a Sense of Humor
