Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic individual to assist our team of sales consultants. We are a quickly growing financial consulting firm looking for a proactive team player with previous experience in a fast paced environment. The position will assist a team of inside sales reps in all areas of the sales cycle to ensure greatest results. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and able to work independently. A great opportunity for recent graduates to learn a wide variety of skills!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Entering leads and conducting client analysis
  • Completing client compliance calls
  • Produce reports based on client data
  • Completing various ad-hoc projects
  • Draft and create contracts to begin client enrollment process

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Associate's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office –particularly Excel
  • Internet and research savvy
  • Extremely organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Superior organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as necessary (12:30pm-930pm), occasional Saturdays and open to taking on new tasks as necessary as the group grows. Great opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of a business
