Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have great typing skills and exceptional attention to detail. Candidate must have strong mathematical, deduction, and analytical skills. The position is responsible for the collecting, processing, balancing, and reimbursement of all client payments. We are looking for a detail oriented, self-reliant, team player who thrives in a fast paced environment.

  • Makes daily payment changes for clients via email and communication from other departments.
  • Works closely with internal departments to resolve all payment issues.
  • Collects all appropriate fees from clients.
  • Reschedules fee payment dates with clients and extends payment programs when necessary.
  • Issues refunds and recovers negligent fees from clients.
  • Accurately updates company system regarding client’s payments and fees.
  • Provides excellent customer service on the phone while issuing settlements/payments.
  • Meet departmental standards for quality, quantity and turn-time standard

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 6 months-1 year office experience
  • Solid math skills
  • Demonstrates good judgment
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work individually and on a team
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proactive and enthusiastic

Compensation- ~32-37K commensurate with experience
