Strategic is looking for Client Service Representatives to join our family of highly motivated, fun-loving, challenge-seeking individuals who care for one another and for our clients. As customer service representative, you will listen and engage with our clients with an empathetic ear and shepherd them in their quest for financial freedom.

Our Client Service Representatives play a key position in ensuring our clients' success. Some of the aspects of this position are:

  • Professionally handle incoming client requests via phone, ensuring that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
  • Handle all client inquires, requests and thoroughly educate them on the service
  • Provide quality support in the areas of handling questions, troubleshooting, and account assistance
  • Provide First Call Resolution to clients
  • Work with other departments as client advocates to ensure resolution
  • Look for innovative ways to better the product and improve the customer experience
  • Provide innovative feedback to management to continue to better the department and processes…we want you to have a voice



  • College degree (Associates/Bachelors)
  • 1-3 years customer service experience preferred 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Pleasant, friendly attitude, with an ability to adapt to change
  • Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and decision making skills
  • Professionalism a must
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Customer-centric focus
  • Bilingual/Spanish speaking a plus


  • Compensation : ~$36,000.00
  • Starting Schedule 11:30am-8pm, Monday-Friday or
  • Four 10 hour days (9am-8pm) with choice of Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday Off
